Eligibility & Cost Questions

How long does shipping take?

Roll-on/roll-off shipping typically takes 4–6 weeks to East Africa and 5–8 weeks to other destinations, depending on the sailing schedule. Container shipping is available for high-value vehicles and parts.

Do you provide inspection reports?

Yes. Every vehicle comes with a verified auction sheet plus our own pre-export inspection covering mechanical condition, mileage verification and bodywork grading. Photos and video are available on request.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept telegraphic bank transfer (T/T) in USD, JPY and GBP. A deposit secures your purchase and the balance is due before shipping. Financing options are available for qualifying buyers.

Can I bid at Japanese auctions through you?

Absolutely. As a registered member of all major Japanese auction houses, we bid on your behalf in real time. Set your maximum budget and our team handles the rest, with no obligation if you are outbid.
